Dancing Lines — CorTen wall piece with a wooden frame

Where LASER precision meets the imperfect soul of rust

Dancing Lines is an art piece born from 3D CAD design meeting metal and wood work. The picture is cut from CorTen steel sheet with sub-millimetre LASER precision, then oxidised to get the rusted finish that brings out the organic texture of the material. The frame, in Ayous wood stained black, sets up an elegant contrast that emphasises the sinuous, moving lines of the composition.
